NFF Precision’s machine shop includes CNC Milling Centres and Turning capabilities with programmable tool changes and a probing facility. To complement this resource the CNC 5 axis lathe supported by conventional machinery, allows the production of both small batches or high-volume orders, to suit customers’ requirements.

Incorporating new build mechanical assemblies and in-depth survey reporting, strip downs and refurbishments of pre-existing products.
With numerous formal approvals, including AWS D17.1 and NADCAP, and advanced welding facilities for TIG, MIG, Seam, Inert Gas & Rotary, NFF Precision has a high degree of expertise in all welding techniques.
All welding operators are approved for aluminium & steel brazing.
To support the welding and machining departments NFF Precision has its own NDT section which is NADCAP Approved and staffed by its own Level 2 and Level 3 personnel.
Dual-capability paint shop which is able to apply powder coating or stove enamelling finishes as required.
NFF Precision has calibrated twin gas-fired ovens fitted with temperature readouts, three water backed spray booths and a temperature-controlled paint store.
Electronic gloss level measuring devices and paint thickness gauges ensure all painted components comply with the most exacting specifications.
